The community is located just off Hitt Rd (25^th E), right next to (southeast of) Cabela’s, Broulims, and Hobby Lobby in Ammon.

Is there enough parking for residents and guests?

Yes, we offer ample parking for both residents and their visitors. Our current layout includes over 490 parking stalls, with additional spaces being added as the community grows. Each unit is planned with approximately 2 parking spots to ensure convenience for multi-car households and guests.

Is Sage Point Village located in a safe community?

Your safety is our top priority. Sage Point Village was designed with security in mind, featuring well-lit pathways, surveillance cameras throughout the community, and careful planning in the layout of our homes.

We also conduct thorough background and credit checks on all applicants to ensure a peaceful living environment for all residents. Our community is connected to a well-established, walkable neighborhood, and the surrounding area is clean, modern, and well-maintained.

What is your pet policy?

We know that your pet is an integral part of your family, so Sage Point Village is a pet friendly community! We accept cats and dogs 30 lbs. and under. There is an additional fee of $75 per month/per pet, and a $250 refundable pet fee.

What utilities will I pay for?

Fiber internet is $70 per month, and electricity is billed through Rocky Mountain Power. The water, sewer, and garbage are included in your monthly rent price.

Is there an application fee?

Yes. The application fee is $40 per adult.

Will you do a credit check?

Yes, we will do credit and background check. We will also verify your current employment and income level, past eviction history, and previous and current landlord references.

How long does it take to know if my application has been accepted?

Applications are typically processed within the same business day that we receive them, but occasionally, it can take up to 3 business days. Watch for an email from us for further instructions.

How long can you hold an apartment?

Unfortunately, we can only hold an apartment without charging rent for two weeks after a lease is signed.
